Name / Company Name. We collect the first and last names of our customers and the names of our customers’ contact persons who express interest in our services or subscribe to our newsletter or participate in contests and promotions us actions or enroll in our rewards program.

The completion of your online order can be done in two ways:
As a guest: Where personal data will be kept in TOGIAS’ files until the completion and delivery of the specific order. An exception is the transaction data for tax reasons and their processing will only concern the execution of the sales contract.
As a registered user of the online store: Where you create a user account in our online store and personal data will be kept in the company’s files until the customer requests its permanent deletion. In any case, the company may ask the user/customer to confirm the correctness of the information it maintains and to update it if there are changes. The user/customer can at any time change or correct his data by logging into his account at www.togias.gr (login) with his username and password.
In order to carry out any transaction through our online store as well as to place orders for the companies’ products, the disclosure of some personal information will be requested from the customer’s side. When placing the order, it will be requested:
the full name, the shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (in case it is different from the shipping address), the invoicing information (in case payment by invoice has been selected), the number of a contact telephone, the electronic address (e-mail) of the customer.
In the event that products are requested to be delivered to a third party other than the visitor/registered user, the latter acknowledges that he will be fully responsible for the information and full consent of the person he designates as recipient for the sharing of his personal data to the TOGIAS company for the sole purpose of delivering to it, the relevant products and assumes full responsibility for any claims of this person against TOGIAS.
The credit card details are not stored in the company’s storage media during the transaction
The purpose of the basic processing of the data is the execution of the contract and the completion of the specific order, the communication with the user-customer and the sending of informational messages concerning the stages of the processing of the order, the provision of clarifications related to the order and generally the information for purchases he has made, the delivery of the order to the location of the user-customer’s choice, the confirmation and identification of the user-customer in any necessary case and the information about the existing stock at www.togias.gr . The visitor/registered user is informed that the provision of the above mandatory personal data as well as the details of his transactions are necessary and are a prerequisite for the correct execution of the contract of order and delivery of products and services.
